So I’m finally off on my adventure as a Jewellery Specialist on P&O’s Aurora. ⚓️

With every card, hug and message I felt just a little more confident! I had to call in Mum and Dad to save the day one last time when my trains to Southampton were all cancelled!!

The first few days were tough. I worked crazy hours, with few breaks and no WiFi to reach home! First stop – Norway; Alesund, Andalsnes and Akureyri!

Being woken up at 4am to go and watch the whales before work is a new level of adventure, shortly after passing through the Arctic Circle. 🌏

I didn’t take any good photos (listening to all of the “live in the moment” people) but it really was incredible. My first week felt so long, and moments like these make it all worth it. 🐋
I led my first seminar in the gorgeous port of Grundafjordur, Iceland. ❄️
This was a little out of my comfort zone to begin with, but I loved it! It amazed me how many people took the time to listen to me chat away about my love for jewellery, especially when ported in such a stunning town.

And then on to Reykjavik. This was the first place I’d ever visited solo, back when I was only 18! It felt so nostalgic being back here, with so much having changed in life.

Then one more port, Cobh! A big pub lunch had me feeling back at home, and I’ll forever love the Irish accent.
6 new places, 14 days, and we made it! I’m so excited for what my next tour will bring. ☀️
